Tolt Montessori

Tolt Montessori is part of a 501c3 nonprofit whose mission is to help change education in the United States. Tolt is an intentionally small, multi-age, constructivist learning community. We think that more schools should be started like ours for kids of all ages. We believe that constructivist ideas have the potential to reshape schooling in the USA in radically improved ways. The current operating paradigm of schooling is based on a factory model from the industrial age. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation, or think about planned giving in order to ensure equity and diversity in the form of scholarships. We wish to thank the Snoqualmie Tribe in the 2022/23 school year for their support in the form of a grant. We acknowledge their legacy in the land, and continuing community which we share, weaving it into the curriculum this year.
